This class is usually held on WEDNESDAY to enjoy the Etla Market. We start at 9 a.m. at a designated pick-up point in the Centro. The students are taken on a tasting tour by one of our staff where, they will try exotic foods and meet the charming people of the market. After a light lunch, we head out to Rancho Aurora for a lecture on Oaxacan cuisine and a presentation of the day’s ingredients.
