This trip offers a mix of culinary as well as artistic and cultural activities,highlighting what makes Barcelona a gastronomic adventure. Enjoy a curated culinary tour through the labyrinth of the various neighbourhoods, markets, cooking schools, and bakeries that make Barcelona so unique.

Traveling north to Cadaques, we eat in the vineyards of an ecological winery and arrive to this beautiful seaside village. We follow the artists’ trail to the summer house of Salvador Dalí, visit the museum in Figueres and eat the food of some amazing chefs. In San Sebastian, we enjoy the beach, los pintxos, the fabulous pastries and we relax. In Bilbao, we explore the Guggenheim Museum and visit cheese producers and their neighbours in the beautiful mountainsof the Basque Country.

3What is not Included in the course?
Transfers from Airport, Alcoholic beverages, laundry and phone calls.
4When will I receive a detailed itinerary for the course I am taking?
Once you send a deposit and sign up for the course.
5Help! I don’t know what to pack for my course!
A detailed letter with a packing list will be sent, together with the itinerary for the course a few weeks before your departure!
6I would like to arrange a private course with Susana for a group of friends. Can that be arranged?
Absolutely! We do ask that you contact us well in advance with possible dates and interests of the group. Susana has done course for groups of chefs, family groups and friends of varying lengths of time within Oaxaca and also in other areas of Mexico. Private classes can also be arranged.
