Come and join us for this action-packed course in Oaxacan gastronomy and culture led by Chef Susana Trilling and her expert staff at Seasons of My Heart Cooking School. You will learn the secrets of Oaxacan, Pre-Hispanic, Yucatecan and Contemporary Mexican cuisine.

We will explore all Oaxaca has to offer, combining the high end culinary fusion of the city of Oaxaca with the Pre-Hispanic cuisine and culinary traditions that are still practiced in the pueblos (towns) surrounding Oaxaca.

We visit markets and cantinas, meet artists and food producers and explore the history and architecture of an ancient culture of natural born “foodies” in southern Mexico.
