Payment Policy

 Payments We accept: · Cash in pesos or US dollars. *If you need to pay with a credit card, let us know and we will be happy to send you a PayPal link.   Deposit, Cancellation and Refund To secure your place in a class or course, a deposit is required. This information will be sent to you when you make your reservation.   Courses and Culinary Tours  If Seasons of My Heart cancels the course or tour, you will receive a credit towards a future class/course/tour (good for two years) or a full refund of the amount paid, whichever you prefer. Cancellations by student: Seasons of My Heart must receive a written notification of cancellation prior to refund.  All single supplement payments will be refunded.  There is no charge to transfer the deposit to another SOMH course or tour.  Refunds in the amount of 50% of the course/tour fees paid will be given if the cancellation is 30 days or more prior to the start of the course/tour. Cancellation by student anytime between 29 days through the first day of the course: no refund will be given unless the space is sold to another participant. If the space is filled, a refund of fifty percent of the total fees paid will be refunded, once when we have confirmed another participant to fill the space.  Any single supplement payment will be refunded.  Please refer to your initial course email for specific dates.  Responsibility We assume no liability or responsibility for any delay, loss, damage, injury or accident with regards to persons or property caused by fault or negligence of any hotel, transportation, or local operator rendering a part of our services. We shall not be responsible for any expense caused by loss or damage of personal items. It is the participant’s responsibility to be adequately insured. We strongly recommend traveler’s insurance. The acceptance of our verbal or written confirmation, and a deposit or final payment for services, constitutes your acceptance of the terms and conditions listed in this brochure. SOMH reserves the right to make any changes, with or without notice, which might become necessary.
