Yucatan Carnival Tour

The Best of “La Península de Yucatán”

We combine the best of the Peninsula, both in and out of the kitchen, for a truly once-in-a-lifetime culinary and cultural experience, as we follow the Carnaval route in different towns and cities. To get you in the relaxed Caribbean mood, our tour starts and ends on two islands, with lots of action in between!

Chef Kaelin Trilling guides you through the worlds of Mayan culinary treasures, contemporary and traditional Yucatecan, and Campechano cuisine: pib cooking in the ground,  market tours, cooking classes, dining experiences, and visits with old friends and local chefs. Each day is packed with extra activities; iconic Mayan ruins, archeological museums, walking tours, shopping, boat rides, birding, and swimming in cenotes. On Isla Holbox, we go fishing and if the catch is good, we make ceviche on board!

Arrive early to decompress, or extend your stay at the beach. Fly in and out of Cancún.
