Join us for an unforgettable 10-day tour exploring Sicily’s terroir through its food traditions, wine making heritage and culinary excellence.
From the mineral slopes of Mount Etna to the sun-drenched vineyards of the Marsala coast, every glass tells a story of the island’s ancient soil. Alongside master wine makers and local sommeliers, we’ll explore historic cellars and seaside estates. Uncovering Sicily’s layered heritage through its bold reds and volcanic whites. Every tasting is a blend of tradition paired with the incredibly vast Sicilian cuisine.

Welcome dinner at a celebrated restaurant in the heart of Palermo -
Friday September 11th
Explore Palermo’s landmarks, from the Quattro Canti to its world-famous cannoli. Enjoy lunch at the Capo Market before we depart for the South Coast -
Saturday September 12th
A hands-on cooking class followed by our first technical wine tasting at one of Sicily’s premier wineries exploring the DOC’s from Menfi -
Sunday September 13th
An early start for cheese-making at a local caseificio and truffle foraging with an expert mycologist. After a traditional Sicilian Sunday lunch, we’ll enjoy a tasting of Sambuca, digestifs, and local sweets. -
Monday September 14th
A guided walk through the charming town of Marsala and lunch, followed by a visit to the historic birthplace of Marsala wine at Marco de Bartoli -
Tuesday September 15th
Start the day in the ceramic-rich town of Sciacca, then visit an ancient grain mill to cook lunch with freshly ground flour. Spend the afternoon at Cantina Barbera for a tasting of their biodynamic wines.

Wednesday September 16
Wine tasting and lunch in Caltanissetta, famous for its bold Nero d’Avola and Cerasuolo di Vittoria wines. Afterward, we head to Catania for a fun and casual dinner.

Tuesday September 17
Learn about the history of winemaking in one of its most renowned terroirs. Vineyard walkthrough and a tasting of five wines, followed by lunch at a renowned Michelin-rated butchery.

Wednesday September 18
One of Sicily’s most beautiful destinations for a special lunch, followed by an afternoon stroll through the historic streets of Messina. -
Thursday September 19
A unique cooking class connecting us with the story of Catania, followed by our farewell dinner at the beloved Me Cumpari Turiddu

Day-by-day Itinerary
Tradition in the Countryside & Coastal culture
Throughout our journey, we’ll explore Sicily’s stunning landscapes and historic sites. We explore Palermo by the hand of a local guide before settling into a charming seaside estate in Menfi.
In the countryside of Santa Margherita, we’ll forage for truffles and learn about ancient grains at a local sheep farm. Nearby the coast, we will venture onto 4 different wineries to learn about viticulture and taste wonderful wines by the hand of the winemakers. We will be visiting a vineyard at the slopes of the Etna for a history deep dive about winemaking.
In Catania, we stay in a historic hotel near the vibrant fish market and visit a local trade school for a unique community cooking class. After exploring the hilltop beauty of Taormina, we’ll enjoy a final seaside lunch, famous for its Belvedere. With an afternoon stroll through Messina, celebrating the island's layered history and return to the city for a meaningful farewell dinner.
