Emilia Romagna is home to fresh pasta, and we will see the making of Parmegiano Reggiano, and the iconic Balsamic Vinegar in Modena.

Andalucía

A world of culinary delights such as tapas, manzanilla, sherry, jamón ibérico, and incredible sweets await you in Southern Spain! Join us as we explore the food, culture and people of Andalucía. We’ll meet local chefs, inspirational artists, musicians and flamenco dancers. From horse-drawn carriages, we’ll admire the architecture and churches, and learn about the history of Spain from castles and boats!

We’ll tour the famous markets with their incredible characters and chefs, enjoy seafood, cheeses, ice cream concoctions, and churros! Experience a degustacion of artisanal olive oils, and visit the producers’ homes and ranches, as well as the bodegas and sherry makers. Of course, you will participate in hands-on cooking classes or demonstrations taught by Chef Susana Trilling’s friends and colleagues.

Barcelona, Cadaqués and País Vasco

We are excited to offer this wonderful 10 day tour! It starts in the exciting city of Barcelona, and continues to Cadequés and Figures.
